The Boys & Girls Varsity and Junior Varsity basketball season runs from late November to mid March. Craig High School has been able to compete at the State level over the years, taking home State Championships in 2003 and 2012 for the boy's and girl's teams respectively. They have also recieved State Sportsmanship awards in 2000 and 2013 for the boy's and girl's teams respectively along with two Regional Championships each.
