UPDATE:
The first quarter is halfway over and the Craig Panthers have come on strong!

This weekend, September 26, both the boys and girls cross country teams qualified for state! The girls team placed 3rd overall with Amber Nickerson claiming 2nd place! The boys team placed 2nd overall with Daniel Coffey coming in 6th, Ryan Baxter 8th, and David Nelson 12th! Congratulations teams and Coach Westfall!

Midterms are September 30. Please be looking for progress reports to be mailed home this Thursday, October 1.

Parent teacher conferences are October 12 and 13. There will be no school on Monday, October 12 and teachers will be available in the High School Commons from 11AM until 7PM. Tuesday, October 13 is a short day for students (excused at 1:38) with teachers available from 2PM until 4PM.

The wrestling season begins today, September 28, and their first meet will be in Hoonah October 9 and 10.

Regional tournaments are rapidly approaching for both our Swim Team and Volleyball. The Region V Swim tournament will be in Sitka October 30 and 31. Region V Volleyball is in Mt. Edgecumbe this year, November 5 through 7.

The year has begun well, let's keep it up!
