Dear Parents, Students, Staff, & Community Members;
As part of our on-going efforts to sustain and enhance our school offerings and operations, I am informing you on how you can share input regarding your perspective of our school services through on-line survey documents posted to our school web-site. This will be an annual opportunity as I work with all of you.
Teacher Survey- Students are provided forms for K-3, 4th-5th, & MS/HS.
Parents & community members will find a form for their use.
Teacher forms are to be routed to the attention of the specific school principal via US mail to our address above or dropped off at our central office, clearly labeled.
Principal Survey - Students are provided forms for K-3, 4th-5th, & MS/HS.

PACE Correspondence Teacher Survey - a form is posted within the PACE site to allow input from students and parents regarding teacherservices. There is a separate form within the site to be used to provide input for principal services. Responses can be shared
on-line, inclusive of required signatures. Access to these forms is through a family password. The principal reviews input with teachers from forms received.
The superintendent reviews input with the principal from forms received.
PACE Alternative High School Survey - Forms to offer input regarding teacher and principal services are mailed home. Students or parentscompleting teacher forms should mail them to Principal Whicker’s attention at our school address or drop them off at our central office. Students or parents completing principal forms should mail them to my attention or drop them off at central office.
Superintendent Survey - One form is provided for parents, students, staff, or community members. Forms are to be mailed to the attention ofour school board chairman, Mr. Paul Thibodeau, at our school address, or dropped off at central office, clearly labeled.
The process shared above for our Craig district is in the spirit of the approach I used voluntarily for the twenty plus years I was teaching and coaching. I offered my students the oppor-tunity to share several things they liked about the class I taught, several things they thought might be made even better, and any meaningful comments they wished to share. The process was useful.
Reminder- as we complete our various sports seasons, a survey form for coaches is also provided on our website. Coaches forms should either be sent to our Middle School Athletic Director, Troy Thain, or our High School Athletic Director, Bill Taylor, at PO Box 800, Craig,
AK 99921. Our athletic directors and coaches welcome your constructive input through this method.
To be read and considered, a survey form needs to be signed by the individual completing it. Receiving survey forms by 3/20/09 would be helpful. If you don’t have technology resources to interact with our web-site, you can contact our central office for hard copy materials.
